FCS-500   90° - 90° Interior Bridge Hanger (3.5M)
FCS-500 The 90°-90° interior bridge hanger (3.5M) consists of two 1/2” diameter 90° pressed steel end clips welded to a single wire strut. The hanger allows installation and adjustment from top of formwork, and works equally well on steel or precast concrete beams. To be used with full bearing under the end section. The hanger has a nominal 3/8” haunch relief.

Haunch Hanger
FCS-511 The 90° - 45° bridge high haunch hanger is used when a high haunch condition exists to allow formhanger to stay above formwork. Hanger is available in a 1” and 1-1/2” height. The 45° end is made with a standard clip.

FCS-502 The 90°-90° interior high haunch bridge hanger has haunch relief heights of 1” and 1-1/2” available. Designed for use with 1/2” diameter coil rod or coil bolts.

FCS-514 The interior and exterior hanger clip is used to support haunch or filler strips to simplify framing, erection, and stripping. May be manufactured with break back capabilities.

FCS-503 The 90°- 90° coil rod hangers are manufactured to wrap around steel beams to support hanging formwork. Different leg drop and thread lengths are available.
FCS-515  Fillet Clip
FCS-515 The fillet clip is used to support fillet runs on bridge decks. Fillet clip is made with a leg and strap that allows a bolt to pass through to attach formwork. Leg can be made in any height.

FCS-504 The 90°- 90° offset plate hanger has legs made out of heavier material, which allows more flexibility for various haunch and overhang conditions. Hanger end plates are punched with either a 45° or 90° hole.

Overhang Bracket
FCS-516 The bridge overhang bracket is used to carry overhangs on bridge decks. The bracket has an adjustment range of 30” minimum to 50” maximum. Overhang bracket can be hung from any steel beam or concrete girder.

FCS-505   90° - 90° Adjustable Half Hanger
FCS-505 The 90° adjustable half hanger is used to support interior deck formwork where one-sided hangers are required but welding is not permitted. Made with a 1/2” diameter 90° end clip welded to a length of 1/2” contour threaded rod. Available with one or two stirrup clips for attachment to bridge beam stirrups. Standard unit is 9” long overall with one stirrup clip. Minimum overall length available is 6” with approximately 3-3/8” of thread length.
FCS-517  Deep Adjustable Bridge
Overhang Bracket
FCS-517 The deep adjustable bridge overhang bracket is basically the same as the adjustable bridge overhang bracket except that it has longer legs, which allow the bracket to be used on deep steel girders, transferring forming loads to the lower section of the girder. The vertical leg adjusts from 50” to 70” in height.

2:1 Safety factor/load rating: with one stirrup clip - 2,000 lbs.; with two stirrup clips - 3,000 lbs.

FCS-506   90° Hook Hanger
FCS-506 The 90° hook hanger is recommended for use when one-sided exterior formwork is required and field welding of hangers to the structural steel beam is prohibited. Can be furnished either electroplated if hook is to extend outside of the concrete or hot-dipped galvanized.
FCS-518  “J” Bolt
FCS-518 The J bolt is used to attach hangers to steel beams by bolting through hanger and wrapping around beam. Available in 1/2” diameters and in lengths as needed.

2:1 Safety factor/load rating: 506A - type 1 = 3,500 lbs.; type 2 = 2,375 lbs.; 506B - 6,000 lbs.

FCS-519 The adjustable coil bolt is a length of coil rod with a coil nut welded at one end and a free-running coil nut that permits formwork adjustments to be made. Available in 1/2”, 3/4”, and 1” diameters.
FCS-507   90° - 45° Adjustable Bridge Hanger (3.5M)
FCS-507 The 90° - 45° exterior bridge hanger is recommended in supporting bridge overhang bracket. Manufactured with 1/2” diameter 90° end clip and 1/2” diameter 45° end clip welded at each end of wire strut. Designed for use with 1/2” diameter coil bolts.

Adjustable bolts should be continually inspected and replaced when wear or damage is noted.

FCS-520  Saddle Hanger
FCS-520 The saddle hanger is made of 7-gauge wire and fixed plates and is suitable for light flat slab construction where beams are not fireproofed. Must be made for exact beam and lumber sizes, since no adjustment is possible. Also available without fixed plate or different wire diameters.
FCS-508   90° - 45° Exterior Bridge Hanger (6.0M)
FCS-508 The 90° - 45° exterior bridge hanger is a heavy-duty hanger used to support bridge deck exterior formwork and provide maximum overhang bracket spacings. Fabricated with 1/2” diameter 90° end clip welded to one end of strut and 1/2” diameter 45° end clip welded to other end.

Coil Hanger
FCS-521 Coil hanger and offset coil hanger are bent to fit over the top of a steel beam or pile to support formwork. Offset coil hanger could require a bearing plate. Consult FCS Construction Systems engineering to verify field conditions.
FCS-509  90° - 45° - 90° Exterior Bridge Hanger with Supplemental 90° End
FCS-509 The 90° - 45° - 90° exterior bridge hanger with supplemental 90° end is fabricated similar to standard hanger but has additional 1/2” diameter 90° end clip that allows a vertical coil rod.

2:1 Safety Factor/load rating: 1/2” = 4,500 lb.; 3/4” = 11,250 lb.; 1” = 15,000 lb.

2:1 Safety factor/load capacity: 6,000 lbs. per side; 750 lbs. supplemental end

FCS-522  Screed Bases
FCS-522 Screed bases are available in 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/4” diameter coils or free-fit sleeves. Base heights are manufactured as needed. Free-fit sleeves use a coil nut to obtain the desired height needed.
FCS-510  45° Hook Hanger
FCS-510 Style A - A 45° hook hanger is recommended for use when one-sided exterior formwork is required and field welding of hangers to the structural steel beam is prohibited. Manufactured with a 1/2” diameter end clip welded to one end of the hanger’s strut. Other end of strut has a reinforced, 180° wrap-around configuration. Wrap-around end is fabricated to slip over the flange of a steel bridge beam. Can be furnished either electroplated or hot-dipped galvanized.
Style B - This style of 45° hook hanger provides a wire hook instead of a plate.
FCS-523  Cradle heads
FCS-523 Cradle heads are designed to be used with screed base to support screed rails. The 1/2” and 3/4” sizes are made with a wire cradle, 1” and 1-1/4” sizes are made with plate cradle, with or without set screws. Any length cradle head is available.

Style A - 2:1 Safety factor/load capacity: type 1 = 3,500 lbs.; type 2 = 6,000 lbs.

Style B - 2:1 Safety factor/load capacity: 5,000 lbs.
