FCS-312  Single Pick Inserts
FCS-312 Single pick inserts are made for easy positioning and tying into the rebar mat of a tilt-up panel. Available with plastic or stainless steel tips and with insert locator plug. Available sizes and load capacities are shown in chart.
FCS-300   Coil Ties as Inserts
FCS-300 Two- and four-strut coil ties can be used in the same applications that require coil loop inserts. Two-strut coil ties are used for moderate loads; four-strut coil ties are used for heavy loads.

Loop Inserts
FCS-303 Double flared coil loop inserts double the area of steel embedded in concrete for even greater load-carrying capacity. The space between the loops allows it to straddle reinforcing steel or prestressing strands.

FCS-325   Swivel Lift Plates
FCS-325 Swivel lift plates are used with any single lifting insert. Made of heavy steel 6-1/2” diameter casting with a drop forged shackle riding on 1-1/8” diameter pins to permit a full 180° swing. Manufactured for either 1-1/4” or 1-1/2” diameter bolts. Bushings available for 3/4” or 1” diameter bolts.
 
FCS-311  Double Lifting Inserts
FCS-311 Double lifting inserts are similar to single lift inserts but are used where higher load capacities are needed. Coil spacing is 12” with minimum base length of 16-3/4”. Plastic setting plugs available.
